Lots of water and tea with some excedrin migraine and using hot or cold on the back of the neck. I like wrapping a heated blanket around me, especially around my neck and shoulders and across my back where I often have a lot of tension and pain. Getting enough calories and protein and sugar, too.

Iโm a side sleeper and always had neck pain but Iโve found a good pillow (Casper Essential Cooling Hybrid Pillow, Standard) now and put a pillow between my knees so that everything is fully aligned and itโs SO much better.

I also use an eye mask for light and keep my room cold at night. A big thing for me as well has been finding the right pillow.

I used to think the aswagandha stuff was just some holistic pseudoscience bs, but apparently thereโs enough research and evidence now for doctors to recommend it. But, it can interact with certain meds, so important to check that with a quick google search first.

My doctor recently recommended a magnesium supplement every night (not a high dose) and ashwagandha supplements every morning (again, not a high dose) bc she says Iโm too young to need melatonin (early 20s).

Iโm struggling with this too. I want to learn more and read more, but I feel slower and dumber than ever. I know some of it is my depression, but all the stress of everything going on certainly doesnโt help. Itโs hard, but youโre not alone.

Thank you so much!! Whatโs your opinion on full body markings and such when drawing an alien species? As long as I make sure itโs not appropriating traditional tribal tattoos of different cultures and itโs unique and different enough, is that okay?

I also love the nature-inspired tattoos and markings that have leaves and branches on characters like in bg3 when making a forest elf character. I know itโs all inspired by indigenous markings generally, but Iโd like to know more. Do you have any books or articles or websites that you recommend?

Hi, Iโm a young white woman and Iโd love to learn more as I want to avoid cultural appropriation, especially as I practice art more and start creating my own characters. I like a lot of the cyberpunk futuristic/geometric tattoos/body mods, but I donโt know if those are appropriation too?

This character is so unique and original and beautiful but also haunting and ominous and powerful. I love it so much, truly one of my favorite artworks that Iโve ever seen.
