This does not surprise me. I've watched every city I've been in up the popo count at the end of the month & I've known people in the agencies (cops). They have quotas & they have to meet them or lose their job. It is infuriating.

My thought as well. Like, did ye carry around an ID as a kid? Or even as a teen? Was a crap shoot at best when I was school. Usually only those who had their drivers license had one. I didn't get one until I was 18!

Slap a red vest over the top & no one will notice... & i'm not talkin' one that closes in the front... a decorative with somethin' sparkly on it to accent the shirt itself & enjoy! (this is not sarcasm. I had a coworker/friend do this. She got a lot of compliments... I'm the only one that noticed)
