It was #OTD in 1984 that Rick Sutcliffe was the unanimously winner of the Cy Young Award. Sut also finished 4th in MVP voting.. With the Cubs, Sutcliffe had a record of 16-1 with a 2.69 ERA in 20 starts and led the Cubs to win the NL East Division

The #Cubs have a whopping 6 #GoldGlove finalists. To me, Matthew Boyd, PCA, and Nico are shoe ins to win. Don’t think Matt Shaw wins. That leaves Carson Kelly and Ian Happ. The Chicago Cubs' record for the most Gold Gloves won in a single season is 3. Will they break the franchise record in 2025?
