It really fucking sucks to be told that not only actions but thoughts can be evil and dangerous when you’re someone whose brain constantly fills you with them and you can’t even make art about them so you just have to feel them grow like mold inside your skull

I wish people understood how horrible it is to have a head full of constant repulsive thoughts and images that can only be silenced with drugs or self-harm

I was winding down from depressive suicidal despair tonight and now it’s spiking again over the stupidest reason and I’m trying to keep myself distracted with my girlfriend but I’m just so worried I’ve fucked up horribly and can’t reverse course now and my worst intrusive thoughts are screaming

My therapist I’ve been with for 2 or so years is leaving the practice and I’m really hoping I’ll be able to keep doing telehealth visits with her wherever she ends up cuz ain’t no way I’m starting over and having to talk about my sexual trauma to a new person

Suicidal ideation is the worst because if you keep it hidden you suffer in silence but if you’re open about it then you have to worry about harming other people or them misinterpreting your desires as some sort of punishment or reaction to something they’ve done.
