Nothing inconsistent here... Pure Trump. Wait, where are the details of the gifts showered on Trump or friends to make this happen. Come on Internet, give!

“Juan Orlando Hernández helped to facilitate the importation of an almost unfathomable 400 tons of cocaine to this country: billions of individual doses sent to the United States with the protection and support of the former president of Honduras.” — US DOJ

We are a nation of immigrants plus those who were on this land before Europeans arrived, Native Americans, Mexicans, indigenous people, and it is our wild diversity that makes us so unique in the world. It is a blessing. Racism, white supremacy, nationalism are curses.
Stephen Miller is of Ashkenazi Jewish descent. His great-grandparents inhabited the Pale of Settlement (western Russia where Jews were allowed to live) and escaped Russian pogroms and the Holocaust. All the same racist, xenophobic, ignorant things he is saying were said about his own family.

This man is either a depraved, mentally ill person or a craven racist who just wants to foment hate against people who aren't white European... OR, he could be both.
Yes, who is more likely to regard the sacrifice of people as abhorrent than those who follow a religion centered on celebrating the sacrifice of a person?

The Supreme Court halted all national injunctions and now case by case by case by case by case by case, thousands of cases...... thousands of humans, tragedy.... Meanwhile, DOJ/DHS/ICE defy judges, lie to judges, hide the truth, evade accountability.... Tragic.
.. including 23 judges appointed by Trump himself, hailing from “at least 35 states, according to a POLITICO analysis of thousands of recent cases.”

Stephen Miller is doing raw, open white supremacy. The logics of Andrew Jackson and Adolph Hitler and every Jim Crow lynch mob.

And also, even the Wall Street Journal opinion page thinks the racism has gone too far, which is really saying a lot about exactly how extreme it is 🙃
Stephen Miller is now arguing that assimilation is fundamentally impossible and that certain cultures are not compatible with Western civilization

How Republicans commemorated Thanksgiving in 1869--with a multi-racial/multi-ethnic gathering of people at a table with a centerpiece celebrating universal suffrage and self-government, and with an engraving of Castle Garden, the pre-Ellis Island point of disembarkation for immigrants.

So this is where we are as a nation.

At least ICE and the Trumpists are making it easier to use Thanksgiving as an occasion to remember just how badly we continue to fuck over indigenous people.

They are SOOOOOO good. You HAVE to watch this, share it.
Okay, there needs to be a Grammy category for this. And this needs to be the winner.
What do you get when you mix the best selling single of the king of pop with the lately departed queen of MAGA?

This is what we get: a parody of Billie Jean about #mtg #maga #marjorietaylorgreene 🎶🕺

I'm former Staff Sergeant Craig Wiesner (USAF 1979 - 1987) and I approve this message.
Veterans from every branch are standing up for what makes America strong: loyalty to the Constitution, not to a president.
Honor your oath. Defend democracy. Don’t give up the ship.

My daughter and I visited the house we lived in when she was a baby, and she was shocked a 29-year-old Navy guy could afford a nice house in a safe neighborhood.

That wasn’t crazy in 1996 — but today, a nice house is out of reach for so many young people. That has to change.
