i swapped to linux mint because as much fun as sending my every keystroke to an ai-feeding data center with w11 sounded i wanted to give linux mint a try and it's fine. a few mildly annoying things but nothing major. everything popular you want to use already has a wine setup for it or runs natively

art 3 sec 2 outlines the court's power as being to adjucate inter-state controversies and stuff involving, and i quote, "ambassadors and other public ministers". *everything else* congress can say "fuck you" and pass a law to neuter

the constitution simply gives us a supreme court and circuit courts. all their power comes from marbury vs madison and the judiciary act of 1789 both of which can be overruled with a law passed by.....congress
