2/2 Second one however is MUCH better. I feel like she's more of a confident person i can come to. She actually listens and understands me better than most and I don't feel like an alien. 👽

Yes it does help me. It brought more self awareness of myself instead of ruminating on what I couldn't control. It's not me just venting my issues per se. It's helping me navigate who I am in life. Personally if I didn't I feel id be long gone tbh. 💕

My first therapist tho was utter sh*t. 😒

Thanks. Because as much I don't have the income for testing. I know my self- diagnosis is valid.

So grateful for resources such as books & podcasts. Because if it wasn't for these things i wouldn't know otherwise. - im autistic & valid 🥰
