We’re rethinking what “affordable” really means for young people trying to move out of homelessness and into stable housing.

That means building 1,000 housing units over the next 10 years that youth can rent for 30% of whatever their income is — no more no less.

Covenant House PA has opened its amazing Rights of Passage II transitional housing facility in the Germantown neighborhood of Philadelphia! PHFA-provided PHARE funding helped create these 12 transitional living units that will serve unhoused youth. Congratulations!
