Things the UCI can learn from Zwift: Handicap races

Riders with higher power output / weight start minutes later than riders with lower numbers. Just let Pogacar start with a deficit as he's in a league of his own. At the start of a race, everyone would just work together to keep him behind.

And personally I’m perfectly fine with a Pog victory, but I prefer the race to not be over at the halfway point. Unlike running, cycling actually allows for tactics but it seems most teams are just unaware of it 😶
