That Mark Twain was in a feud with Arthur Conan Doyle because Twain accused Doyle of being a lazy writer and ripping off Edgar Allen Poe for his Sherlock Holmes stories is really everything.

Lynne Ahrens was a 22 year old guitar-playing secretary/copywriter at the advertising firm of McCaffrey & McCall when she was asked by producer George Newell if she’d like to contribute songs to the new Schoolhouse Rock project.

In her autobiography she writes that her father used the fact that the electroshock therapy she received, which she said lead to her forgetfulness, helped her father steal her money.

My cousin and her husband are marching today.
