Okay, definitely dates me but the original EverQuest took over my life. So much going on at that time & I felt alone, no one to talk to. You know the rest-people I would never have met became friends.

I keep walking the same amount of steps as I have accomplished in summer. ‘Weather’ can affect me physiologically, so I aim to for continuity knowing there will be more ‘off’ days.
I eat low carb all year but I enjoy creating big meals for family for winter gatherings—& treats.(all low carb)
