You’re allowed to change.

Not everyone will like it.

Do it anyway.
Rest is revolutionary in a world that rewards burnout.

Every time you pause to care for yourself, you're reclaiming your humanity.
Your life doesn't need a total reset.

It needs one honest sit-down with yourself about what you've been running from.

Everything shifts from there.
Sometimes life is just incredibly tragic.

You don't need an inspirational quote.

You just need to feel.
Be angry.
Grieve.
Cry.

You can find the deeper meaning and growth opportunity later.

First, be human.
You won't find inner peace by focusing on the positive.

Inner peace isn't a mindset shift.

It's the result of meeting yourself deeply, honestly, and in all your shame, until there's nothing left to hide and no more reasons to run.
"How can I get rid of my stress?"

VS

"How is my stress trying to show me that something in my life needs to change?"

The second question reminds you that stress is not inherently bad, but often contains wisdom for how to get your life back into alignment.
Let me know which ones most spoke to you in the comments below.
12. To assess if your behavior is needy and codependent, ask: “Is this action inspired by my love FOR this person, or is it an effort to get love FROM this person?”
11. Action without stillness is reactivity. Stillness without action is resignation. Action informed by stillness is purpose.
10. When it comes to healing, you can’t skip steps. You have to meet the layer of pain that is present, feel what is asking to be felt, let it take you to the next layer, and be patient as you unwind back into yourself.
9. You can’t forgive if you’re stuck in anger. And you can’t move past anger if you don’t feel sadness. The tenderness beneath the rage is where you heal.
8. We need to feel to heal, yes. But too much feeling, too soon, too fast, just re-triggers trauma. Feeling is healing
only when it feels safe to do so.
7. The more comfortable you become in your own skin, the less you need to manufacture the world around you for comfort.
6. The peace you’re looking for is on the other side of the pain you don’t want to feel.
5. If you want to truly unwind your tension, don’t do anything. Simply watch every thought, emotion, sensation, and urge arise and pass in your awareness.
4. Don’t let the pursuit of a better future distract you from developing the skill of being present. A better life doesn’t
mean much if you don’t know how to be there for it.
3. Don’t worry so much about finding your purpose. Just keep showing up to life with sincerity, curiosity, and presence. A purposeful life emerges from there.
2. You won’t find true friends by trying to be the person everyone likes. You’ll find true friends by being the person you like, and letting the right people gravitate to you.
1. When fulfilled, we tend to radiate energy toward others. When empty, we tend to pull energy from others. If you want to be selfless, fill yourself up and let it pour over.
Life cheat codes I know at 34 that I wish I knew at 24
Universe: Are you ready to do the thing you know you need to do?

Or would you prefer 50 more loops of the same negative pattern you've been doing for the last ten years just in case it might be different this time?

Me: I'll take the loops, please.
Just because you can see potential in another person does not mean that you're the one to bring it out.

Assuming responsibility for someone else's journey is codependence.
