Just some guy, not a creator or artist. Progressive. Safe for 🏳️‍🌈, 🏳️‍⚧️, et al. For now, I don't intend to repost nsfw art.

lmao, they actually surround themselves with little placards, like they're trying to run a little Fox News stream manually. That's fucking adorably stupid.
Read: they're behaving like people, not property
I don't envy people in creative / entertainment careers for this reason. Trying to build and maintain an audience seems so terrifying and/or frustrating. I hope it goes better for you, soon.
Brought to you by the friends of J K Rowling. Are cisgender women feeling safer, yet?
It's quite exciting that spooky games during spooky month are happening for real.
Oh no. Man, it's always a bummer to find out an entertainer has some awful viewpoints.
Ah, so it has an efficiency advantage. Sensible. I assume one is not hailing these on the street but rather using some kind of online ordering system, so one can indicate the number of seats required.
Mhm. User scripts have as much power/access as extensions, but one big difference is that to see the source code of an extension, you must first install it then hunt down its directory. TamperMonkey presents the source to you up front before installation and any update that changes permissions.
Does anyone know what is wrong with his hair? It's like he heard of the "high and tight" and tried to recreate it from the description but assumed you needed a shitload of hair gel.
I always appreciate helping people customize their web experience. However, I also encourage people to try to adapt to new things. The UI is slightly different, but at a glance, it seems to have all the same functionality, and it's even all in the same places; the elements just got a bit bigger.
Personally-owned cars have existed for a long time, yet so have taxis alongside them. They don't serve the same purpose, so the existence of other options in one category doesn't really explain or cover for the shortcomings of products in the other.
As far as I know, someone keeps buying their shit, and that's really all it takes.
I legitimately had no idea Amazon even had a game store until reading this. In retrospect, I suppose those free games that Twitch occasionally gave away would probably be acquired through that, but I guess I figured they were Steam codes or something.
I'd hazard a guess at "market cap", except that Steam isn't publicly traded. Annual revenue, perhaps? 🤷
Come to think of it, I "redeemed" a couple of those, but I never got around to looking into how one would access them.
I legitimately had no idea until reading this post that Amazon had a game store and client.
To my knowledge, none. That doesn't mean it isn't a monopoly, just that it isn't abusing its position. Epic, in contrast, engages in obviously anti-competitive behavior, which is why I don't use it, but it's simply not big enough for that to result in regulatory action; it has no position to abuse.
In contrast, I know GOG exists. I use it sometimes. I like it. I believe in the value of its mission, its focus on preservation. And now it has a client that works like Steam, so you don't have to download installers and patches, but you still _can_ if you want to.
Indeed. I hope Newell chooses his successors wisely.

I legitimately never knew that Amazon even had a game store. And I use Twitch, a bit, to watch streams.

My favorites are the "scheduled maintenance" windows that they couldn't be bothered to tell anyone about.
has that, and nobody said he does.

What was said (or at least implied) is that he is connecting _better_ than a lot of candidates do, which I think is pretty incontrovertible at least in this moment, since he did win the primary. I think Sonic was trying to provide an explanation for why that is.
Eh, that's not really how voters work. What I mean is that you can't compare his straight percentage in a contest of 3 people vs someone's percentage in a contest of only 2. All it demonstrates is that he doesn't have such universal appeal as to have ALL of the votes from everyone, but nobody »
Man, is there a version with real subtitles instead of little snippets?
That damn Truman, hero of the Democratic party that everyone's always bringing up, traditional foil of all the Republicans' plans!
