I went on a date at the weekend to see if I'm still traumatised (I am) but there was a bit where we walked by some birds & I started talking about the birds, and they were like "you into birds then?" & I said "no more than the average person I think", then I named every species of bird we could see

Not an advert but if anyone's sleep sucks and they haven't tried magnesium, I've been sleeping sooo much better AND not had a leg cramp in 3 weeks. Worth trying? I've also not had any alcohol in 3 weeks either so there is another variable there

This was hateful of me soz. They won't give me diazepam again. Apparently its beneficial effects are placebo according to the guy who spoke to me. Even though they're the only thing that's stopped my back spasming so far & the NHS recommends diazepam for muscle spasms. Guess I'm just a dumb woman
Off work with incapacitating back pain and my housemate just asked me to go get milk. Microwave your head.

Max appears to have barbered all the hair off of his arms up to the elbow, so that's great...? He's always over groomed his nads and peenor completely bald, full Hollywood style but this is new. God I love these animals so much sure why not shave your arms too man
