Have you ever sampled a Pinotage? Not many are made in the United States. Pinotage is South Africa’s signature grape variety. It is a cross of Pinot Noir and Cinsaut. We savored a 2012 Pinotage from J Vineyards that offered a balanced smooth wine that was accented with marvelous baking spices.
