As a smaller country, we get politicians on the doorstep. Somehow I still find that better than them randomly phoning people up.
That would INFURIATE me.

A reminder that polls are inherently skewed due to
1) Some pollsters (Emerson in particular) still using landline phones for IVR polling
2) The people responding are those who don't immediately hang up or tell the SMS to stop when asked if they want to take a political poll 😂

the polls and the forecasts are not the election. at most they are representations of potential outcomes. the election is being fought out right now, on the ground, and the only way we’ll be able to impose a narrative on it is after the fact
