Being gay doesn't mean I was raised wrong. The only wrongdoing is your assumption that same-sex intimacy is a result of poor upbringing. The truth is, it takes courage and resilience to live authentically in the face of adversity, not poor parenting.
Faith institutions around the world are confronting their histories of exclusion. The Church of Norway’s apology to LGBTQ+ communities shows what accountability can look like. In Uganda, where faith shapes public life, we must ask: What does justice look like in churches?
Everyone deserves to live in truth and be loved without apology.
Today we celebrate #InternationalPronounsDay (Oct 15, 2025)
a gentle reminder that honoring each other’s pronouns is an act of respect and care.
By sharing and using pronouns thoughtfully, we affirm everyone’s humanity.
Because words matter and so do the people behind them.
We can create a safe space where we can listen to each other, share our stories, and work together to raise awareness and advocate for social justice. We can also work together to create resources and provide support to those in need. Together, we can be a powerful force for good in our community.🌈
Today, we honor the courage, resilience, and spirit that birthed a nation. Happy Independence Day, Uganda. May our colors always speak of hope, unity, and unstoppable joy.

Keep breaking barriers, loving boldly, and living free.
The Church of Nigeria has left the Church of England after Bishop Sarah Mullally, a pro-inclusion leader, was named Archbishop of Canterbury. 🌈✝️Many see this as a powerful step forward for equality and compassion, celebrating a Church that affirms women, LGBTQIA+ people, and the right to choose.
The Archbishop of the Church of Uganda has rejected the leadership of Bishop Sarah Mullally because she affirms LGBTQ+ inclusion.

But exclusion isn’t holy. It’s history repeating itself. The Bible has been used to justify slavery, segregation, and now LGBTQ+ exclusion.
Praise God from whom all blessings flow!
We celebrate Bishop Sarah Mullaly’s appointment as Archbishop of Canterbury and her witness to Christ’s inclusive love.
We pray that she continues to affirm the worth of every LGBTQIA+ child of God.

This #BisexualAwarenessWeek, pause and understand. Bi+ people are erased, judged, and asked to explain themselves over and over. This week, we choose visibility. We choose truth. We choose to be seen. Understanding isn’t just kindness. It’s justice. #BisexualityAwarenessWeek
Suicide Prevention Month
As Trans and gender diverse people, our voices are powerful, and our existence is unstoppable. Together, we rise by holding space for one another, and reminding each other that none of us walk this path alone. You are loved.

#SuicidePreventionMonth #YouAreNotAlone
Let this be your daily reminder: You belong here, beautifully and boldly.
The Pride flag flying high sends a powerful message of acceptance, safety and unity and on August 29, 2025, Saint Lucia witnessed this powerful moment for the first time. Proud to stand in solidarity. 🏳️‍🌈 #PrideSaintLucia
On 5–6 Sept 2025, history was made in Rome. For the first time, an LGBTQ+ pilgrimage was part of the Vatican’s official Jubilee calendar.
Even in the most traditional spaces, dialogue & compassion are possible.
In Uganda, faith is our heartbeat. What if it healed not excluded?
Being queer and being a person of faith are not contradictions. Love is divine. Truth is holy. And being exactly who you are is sacred. #GodLovesAll

Being LGBTQ is not a lifestyle, character flaw, moral failing, sin, or choice. There is nothing wrong with being LGBTQ. It's time for everyone to move forward. Equality for ALL! Kudos to those who are courageous enough to keep making this happen. GOP hateful rhetoric and policies are not helpful.
Happy #BiWeek 🌈 A time to celebrate and uplift the bi+ community. 💜💙💖 Bisexuality isn’t a phase, confusion, or a stepping stone it’s valid, whole and complete.
