Easy to miss, but important. At @wheelsforwellbeing.org.uk we've been working towards this moment for years - the DfT has publicly announced that it is looking at sorting out mobility aid laws. 🎉 Our #MyCycleMyMobilityAid campaign looks like it is paying off.

In my book I don't care how many miles of rail a transit system has. What I want to know is how good the local bus system is? The humble bus is the real workhorse of transit. Going places rail will never go and unlocking access for so many people. Let's get the basics right.

When we think about animal conservation and plans to introduce/reintroduce animals in the UK we don’t talk enough about how to mitigate the impact of traffic. This sad story is repeated across our pervasive road network and we need a proper strategy to address the harm of roads on nature
