Especially twice. I really can't get over that part in particular
I feel like we still talk about him like he's complicated, but he really isn't. He's a bigot, he's a pathological liar, and he is deeply stupid.

He hates the things he doesn't understand, which includes every ounce of reality, especially the outcomes of anything he does

He's a small man
EXTRA EXAMPLE, a small one: Bruce goes home, knocks something off the entryway table, walks away, then hurriedly comes back to put it back where it was (don't remember the thing he knocked off or dropped, so much happened since then). Such a little thing but such a vibe
In the first scene Charles is baking. He's being precise, British Bake-off is on. He tests the cake he's baking, it's not done, he puts it back in the oven. Dialed in and happy. Assassins attack. Fighting. Bake-off is still on. He kills one with a rolling pin. No dialogue, so much learned about him
The Brothers Sun is quite good. Really striking the balance between light hearted and heavy, drama and action, etc. Every character is a whole-ass person. Nontrivial tasks when writing stories/scripts. FOR INSTANCE: (1/2)
It's always the same type of person who's mad about there being a brown character in a movie or show or game, always. It's a "type of guy" and it needs a name. I'll tell you this, despite the anime profile pics I'm reasonably certain I know what most of their skin tones are

Hey Gang!

Let's talk about repost's, likes and moving forward together as a community!

There's no algorithm here on Bluesky, so the power to help each other is entirely in our hands!

Which is great!

Here I reposted @fawkesartt.bsky.social Jill Valentine Art and 5 likes came from reposting!

my pumkin
he is everything
He looks like he's watching me get my ass kicked (laudatory)
Yeah. Or simply don't prioritize it as high as they should
Oh and if someone tells you the parties are the same please recognize in that moment that they are speaking from vast privilege and/or just utterly manipulating you
Ok, no more heaviness the rest of the day. Gonna eat some Mac and/or cheese and watch episode 2 of The Brothers Sun
The party of "Got Mine, Fuck You" actively seeks to harm people, countless people. Please don't vote on one single issue. We're fucked if you do. If nothing will be that different for you under a Democrat, you are SO INCREDIBLY LUCKY (privileged)
It's the Democrats, the very flawed vastly imperfect Democrats

Please just fuckin vote. In the PRIMARIES, and then in the election, and in LOCAL ELECTIONS. Please. Every time I allow myself to think about this too much and realize people like Greg Abbott could take it all away, I am terrified.
I'm uninsured, on a patient assistance program that allows me to get my epilepsy meds. If that program goes away, I'll have seizures every day. Clonic-tonic ones. The kind that fry my brain and utterly exhaust my body. So VOTE FOR THE PEOPLE WHO DON'T WANT THAT. IT'S NOT HARD TO TELL WHICH THEY ARE
What if voting on a single issue is bad actually

What then
To paraphrase The Doctor, humans are like 70% water but we can still drown

Though... Wisconsin has merit as an alternative
Very few movies have terrified me more, or more enduringly, than The Fourth Kind.

None have scared me MORE, actually. I haven't watched it since and might never watch it again. Definitely the scariest (to me) "found footage" movie I know of
Now I understand that fuck gets used a lot because A) it is and always will be impactful and B) it can describe, communicate, and/or evoke basically anything, any meaning, by use and context
