I've not seen SNWs yet, but have heard great things. I have to say though, DS9 is my favorite to-date. With the episodes 'The Visitor' and 'Rejoined' being tied for my favorite Star Trek Episodes of all time.

Mine look like this these days:

Project_CueName_Version_YYYYMMDD

If I do small internal-only changes, I'll do a .x change (v1.0 to v1.1)

If it's a big internal change or an external note I move to the next integer - 2.0 etc.

I should probably start adding MX in there for the other devs too.
