Long-time incumbents Councilmember Jared Nieuwenhuis and Mayor Lynne Robinson each secured enough votes to serve their third and fourth terms, respectively. Appointed Councilmembers Claire Sumadiwirya and Vishal Bhargava went in front of the voters for the first time, and each earned a victory that will carry them through the end of their term in 2027.

Here are the proposed changes to ST Express routes planned for next fall after Federal Way and East Link are open.
Biggest changes: terminating the 574 at Fed Way, the 556 at Bellevue, the 522 at S Shoreline. Eliminating the 515, 550, 554, 580, 586. Increasing service on the 535, 513.
