• Permit applications can be submitted online or at the CVRD office: 770 Harmston Ave.

Important: Buy your permit first! A fireworks permit must be obtained prior to setting off fireworks within the electoral areas of the Comox Valley Regional District (CVRD). A fireworks permit costs $10 and the applicant must be at least 18 years of age. The fine for exploding or setting off fireworks without a permit is $500.
