holy hell they look ethereal. the soundtrack? angelic choir. BONES is insanely talent loaded on Animators & Special Effects Artists. Kohei Hirota carried the world on their shoulders while drawing the key frames this whole scene. fucking amazing. how is this scene real? I could die it's so pretty.💥

my take of the infamous double page panels of the boys. really went all in with pastel colors with contrasting cold / hot tones for them, the scene always was rainy overcast of course, but wanted them to have a balance of opposing colors while painting them. can not believe how good the anime looks.
