SEN. KELLY : “They informed me of this in a tweet because this is not about the law. This is about the media cycle, and intimidation… We basically repeated the uniform code of military justice, and they're saying that's in violation of it. It's absurd. Comical.”

As a survivor of the Tulsa Race Massacre, Viola Ford Fletcher bravely shared her story so that we’d never forget this painful part of our history. Michelle and I are grateful for her lifelong work to advance civil rights, and send our love to her family.

The Rocky Horror Picture Show (1975)
After listening to the sound track all day, I had to rewatch it.

Brad and Janet run into trouble on their honeymoon - a flat tire, and the only place in sight is the castle of the lovely Dr. Frank-N-Furter.

Don't be shy-who else loves this movie?

Please watch this.

The Senate killed a bill to ban state regulation of AI by a vote of 99-1 this spring. Now the industry - eager to stay unregulated - and Trump are scheming to shove the provision in the national defense bill.

You need to know this, so you can help stop it.

Wow. I miss the "good old days" when the US would at least be clandestine when committing criminal coups to overthrow countries' governments for resources.

We all see, and know very well that Pam Bondi avoids answers & blatantly lies to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
It's plain as day.

But Sen. Whitehouse has a spectacular & clear way of pointing it out. Ergo, making it a note in the public records & the public's mentality.

So glad he does!

This is another example of weaponizing government against their critics. Mark Kelly did his time. He exercised his 1st Amendment rights and you can't get him any other way than this. We have the Constitutional right to question our government's decisions.

The only person that needs to face the UCMJ is that piece of trash….. I know for a fact that active duty military are struggling with the things they’ve asked from them.. I have more than a handful of friends that decided not to re-up and come home. Can’t say I blame them.

TAPPER: This isn't about titillation. This is about the fact that you are the chairman of the health committee and you voted to confirm somebody that by all accounts is actually making America less healthy

NEW: Mr. Abrego's lawyers believe that the lies DOJ told in the civil case warrant immediate dismissal in his criminal case. My latest: www.muellershewrote.com/p/more-evide...
More Evidence Submitted to Dismiss the Charges Against Kilmar Abrego
Friday night, we learned that the DOJ lied about the door being closed to Costa Rica. Mr. Abrego's lawyers feel that's enough to immediately dismiss on vindictive and selective prosecution grounds.

A federal judge didn’t “steal” the Commander-in-Chief’s powers—she ruled that DoD exceeded the limits Congress set. That is the rule of law working as designed. What threatens the Republic isn’t judicial review, but officials who insist they’re above it.

Too late. Marco Rubio already spilled the truth. The so called peace plan was Russia’s wish list, not something the US drafted. He’s trying to walk it back but the damage is done.

He’s scrambling.
