I only realized today that I forgot to take my medicine yesterday.

I took it right away, but the pain didn’t go away… and it’s been really difficult.

It’s one of those days where all I could do was rest and wait for it to pass.

Lately, my physical and mental health been a bit up and down lately, but I’m currently on the road to recovery and doing my best to take care of myself. It’s a slow process, but I’m staying positive and hopeful! ✨

Last week was quite stressful, but I still found time to play Lively Chair Simulator (hilarious but absolutely brutal on the keyboard) and Necesse with friends!

Also squeezed in some RTS with Age of Empires II and Stronghold Crusader, and still going strong with Afterlove EP! 🎶
