We have more people than there are jobs rn so I get it, some feel the need to lie on their resume. I can even get the collective beef a few people have towards recruiters.
But if you cannot even back up your lies to HR people, maybe you need more help than a job can provide you.

hey gang, quick interviewing tip from your hr friend: if you can't speak to a thing you did at a company, maybe don't put it as the very first bullet point on your resume. more so, maybe don't pretend to lose connection and hang up on your recruiter either when they ask you about it

Librarian jobs are hard and scary bc you witness multiple levels of child abuse and you're not a mandated reporter so if you decide to say anything it's actually making it a million times harder for the youth to get the support they need
