Old art!
It's almost old Lionel Trains season
Massachusetts is a magical place
Sometimes I like to leave notes for myself before going on break to remember how close we are to finishing a run.

I'm okay with the events that are unfolding currently
still super impressed by this large N scale layout
Or at least I found a lot of stuff that peaked my particular interests lol
when it came to layouts N scale dominated this show but there was one layout representation HO and a Lionel static display. vendors wise it was the opposite, with almost no N scale but a lot of HO and O. All that said, there was lots of cool stuff to see and buy and I had a great time as alway ^^
Just a bit of recap from the white river junction train show. it wasn’t a large show but it was fun! got to see some familiar faces, and collect more books & scenery supplies. The club I’m a part of set up our T-Trak modules for the event
I have got to start drawing again
Starbucks ain’t shit compared to a good local coffee shop. For that matter, Starbucks ain’t even good when compared to Dunkin
Train show tomorrow!!
Holy crap I LOVE THIS!!
Cozy / melancholy
this is so good
I love the old Maine Central Mountain Division!! Grew up going to Conway Scenic. The Mointaneer is such a beautiful run!
Oh! And being the biggest power on the Rutland roster, they were too big for the turntable at their facility in Bellows Falls VT, so they made an agreement with B&M to turn the engines across the river at the round house in North Walpole

One of the most beautiful 4-8-2 designs is also one of the last, the Rutland's L-1 class of 1946. ALCO really knocked it out of the park.
One thing distinctive of Rutland mountain types was the small tenders. With how short the line was they really didn’t need the full size tenders usually expected.
Rutland had practically ceased steam operations in late 1953. Most steam Engines went to scrap early, but the mountains being less than 10 years old at that point were kept in storage with hope of resale.
Ah YES! If memory serves, they were delivered to the Rutland in a handsome green paint scheme. They were later painted black because it was too difficult to keep them looking presentable. The last one left Rutland property for scrap in 1955
REAL!
I did the same last night
And it felt so NICE
I love creating stuff
