Bowel cancer is one of the most common cancers in Cheshire and Merseyside but bowel cancer screening is a safe, quick and effective way to find those cancers early, when they are much easier to treat.
Remember to do your test! ‘Just a tiny bit of poo can be lifesaving for you’.

Thousands more people are being referred for potentially life-saving liver cancer checks, thanks to pioneering work in Cheshire and Merseyside, supported by CMCA.
Last year alone nearly 5,000 people in our region were scanned, with dozens diagnosed early.

There was a packed room for our event today in Liverpool discussing a regional Cancer Nursing Strategy.
Thanks to cancer nurses and AHPs from across Cheshire and Merseyside for attending the meeting to talk about the strategy, which will be tailored to the needs of cancer services in our region.
