I admire the way Efteling's able to create whole worlds full of detail, consistent design and atmosphere. I made this poster to showcase the admiration and chose Symbolica (a beautiful ride in the centre of the park) to orchestrate the characters, building and surroundings. It was not an assignment.

Niet mee eens. Ik zie de eenvoud en charme van een Kogeloog, van een Witte Paard, een Stationskoffiehuys, een Smulpaap, een Blauwe Reiger, het kinderbad hier zeker in terugkomen. Het is tijdloos, charmant en romantisch. De Efteling ademt 1 sfeer maar kent vele gezichten. Het is w.m.b. precies goed.

Ik vind het ook triest dat hij het met z’n racistentengels maar niet kan laten van de Efteling af te blijven, met als resultaat dat extreemrechts gedachtengoed geassocieerd gaat worden met zoiets moois en liefs.

Wat mooi <3. Én die wordt ook niet weggeflikkerd, en kostte waarschijnlijk ook veel minder geld. Wat moet zo'n leerkracht nou met 12 bodylotions, 5 dozen chocola, 2 opblaaspoppen en 17 mokken? Echt welk probleem lost deze markt nou op.
