Thank you to Governors for joining us at our Annual Assembly (AGM) last week! 🧡

Our Annual Report was approved, Governors voted to introduce proxy voting for those unable to attend, and we had encouraging discussions about proposed changes to the Royal Charter.

Last weekend, leaders from three Christian charities met, as Jonathan Mayes' (Chief Executive, Cathedral Music Trust) cycling pilgrimage took him to Surrey. 🚴‍♂️

We were privileged to help The Revd Paul and The Revd Emma take a break from the challenges of life and ministry, for a few days in the Lake District. The opportunity to rest and recharge is vital for all of us.

On Saturday afternoon, General #Synod debated giving retired clergy, those who have devoted their lives to serving their communities, the support that they need and deserve.
