As an #unpaidcarer one of the things I do is work together with Mr M to focus on what he can do, rather than can't. #Gardening is a joy to him so we need to make it happen.
Being a problem solving #physio it's baked into my genes to help support people to achieve their goals & keep active 🥳🙏
