Florida has created a new higher education accreditor to use as an alternative to the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
It's not even about the eighteen months on the Board of Trustees: Amy Reid dedicated herself as a learned and scholarly person to the public good for thirty years, and got denied faculty emeritus status in a petty act of retaliation.
