The Dallas Silver Line is a great addition to the region’s transit, though it could stand to improve its frequency and land use around some stations. Regardless, we need more suburb to suburb transit like this to give people truly regional transit options!

The opening of the Kansas City Streetcar Main Street extension, complete with dedicated lanes, shows that when we make good investments in our transit systems, we can have amazing results!

Long term, no parking minimums should be utilized for any mode of transportation. In the immediate term though, using the tools which were utilized to induce ubiquitous car use for other modes isn’t a bad strategy.
