I was confined to my bed so long that I binge watched a lot of those old favorite shows. Binging The Closer from the beginning to the finale gave me the strongest craving for chocolate Ding Dongs even though I never had one before. Got a whole box by my bed now!!! They ARE good, Brenda! 😋

My Pain Doctor canceled my regular appointment without telling me. I understand it’s his office’s fault but I’m pissed as hell because I am out of pain meds now thanks to them with a broken back. Including a new break. And they let me sit at the office and sign in for my appt

I keep thinking heat will help and that ice will definitely not but then when I put the ice pack on my back, it helps TREMENDOUSLY. Odd but true

Waking, getting up is the most painful part of the day even if I wake up at midnight after four hours sleep. It takes about two hours of getting settled in the chair before the pain stops and that’s where I am now. Free of pain and no way in hell am I going back to bed and going through that again!

Really enjoying Leanne, a TV show that was recommended to me by several friends. I can also identify with several characters in it.
And I’m so glad to see that Kristen johnson is a regular, as I have always enjoyed her in various sitcoms and she’s good in this one
