No the ones with deepest pockets will be fine. It’s the ones at the bottom of the affordability band that lose the opportunity to buy a home so it can be given to someone else, paid for with their own tax money. Tough to swallow for anyone that can *almost* afford a home.

Unless state built housing can use different bricklayers, electricians and water pipes than the private housing it’s the same thing.

Unless that creates new housing that wouldn’t exist otherwise, you’re just spending a lot of money to take a house from one person to give to another. Spend it on builders, materials, water and electricity infra, new land to zone. Create executive zoning and permitting powers. Put the money to work

The amt of things still broken in the new iOS is appalling.

Text doesn’t match keystrokes, AirPods change volume on their own, apps crashing, text proofread jumps to under your thumb and can’t closed, share menu keyboard covers the message box…it’s goes on.

I have them and was disappointed. You have to preload the audio files onto them which can be a hassle in a Spotify world. Then when I got to the pool I learned they don’t play loud enough to hear them clearly.
