So my #Battletech obsession continues and now I decided to try making my own interpretation of the battlemech Highlander so I can use it for #LancerRPG.

What a weird crossover...

Uh, here is a doodle that came as a result from my insanity.

A doodle of HGN-732 Highlander from Battletech, if it were constructed in Lancer setting. Or some may say, "Chubber Bunner version".

This Highlander has much more range of articulation, allowing to be moved like a person. Also sport a different proportion to be more "Comic" like.
Other than that, it retains lots of features that makes the original Highlander what it is: Gauss Rifle on the right arm, medium laser arrays and LRMs on the side torsos, and SRM6 on the left arm for close quarter combats, oh, and let's not forget the mech's ability to jump/fly to the sky and SMASH smaller frames with it's sheer weight of 90 tons.

In Lancer, a friend of mine helped me make LL12 build to represent the Highlander, using a few homebrew additions. The end result is a Size 2 mech that can fly while boosting, abuses the overcharge mechanic to gain more actions per turn and is capable to Barrage with three out of four weapon mounts instead of two, thanks to a crazy trait from a homebrew system.

In the end, I'm happy with this doodle, and it may have sparked a desire to draw more mechs in the future... at least simple ones like this.

Part of me wants to try drawing a mech from Battletech/Mechwarrior, 'cuz I love that franchise. A lot.

But man, just thinking of drawing mechs send me shivers down my spine, they look so daunting to draw!

I might need to do some research in how to tackle this...

Before you ask, no, I don't know why I wrote that.
I mean, not 100% sure why, that is.😬

A doodle featuring Hyeon(Graymore+) Original character, Eno.
The intent of this artwork is to feel like a pin-up poster... and an in-group joke.

This also served as an experimental bed, as a friend of mine taught me how to create my own custom brush. I applied that knowledge to make the ammo belt for the weapon she has in hands.

Speaking of, the weapon in question was traced over the reference given by Hyeon themselves. I am still not confident enough to draw a gun from scratch, especially not a modern weapon that has lots of details.

The gun is a Machine gun, based on the REAPR, which is, from what I understand, a belt-fed weapon that fires sniper rounds.

Slowly but surely, I'm getting through the commissions!

This is a character that belongs to a friend of mine, who also commissioned me to draw her. She is a #LancerRPG pilot!

Her name is Baubau!!! :D

A character that belongs to the client. Her name's Baubau, a human with dog like features, from the LancerRPG setting, which is a Tabletop RPG akin to DnD, but with characters piloting their mechs to fight.

The big boobs was just an addition I gave to her, I suppose... I have a feeling she isn't supposed to look that *big*, but the client liked it, sooooo.
