I dislike the book bans and how Danielle Smith handled a recent teacher protest, as that is rather anti-democractic of her. That is constructive feedback, rather than me just saying she's doing a bad job. Ask yourself what exactly they are doing wrong and mention it. Be a f**king adult.
I wish the commenters on the video provided "constructive feedback", rather than just acting like children because they will only listen to a conservative leader in power. It's so immature, if you have anything negative to say, at least be constructive so the government knows what to do better.
I feel like PM Carney could do everything a conservative PM would do, but these sort of people will unfortunately just keep the same mindset all because he is not a part of the conservative party. The PM is really trying his best, trying to make every province and city happy.
The Federal Budget for 2025 in Canada has been released. Overall, it sounds good, and while I thought most Canadians would be happy, the comments section on the News video is rather disheartening. It's like some people are stuck in their bias without actually listening. youtu.be/T-9_vxNxR6A?...
I also cannot recall if I managed to see this story element during my initial playthrough, but this game really is something very special and unique. Especially after seeing this American Flag, there has been other interesting mysteries, but this American Flag here is really something else.
During my initial playthrough, I got stuck at the corrupted priest boss battle, and after multiple attempts I set the game down, and haven't revisited it in a few years until just recently. Playing it again, just reminds me why I loved this game so much, and this time, I want to see it through.
I don't like posting spoilers, but since many people haven't given Harvestella any love, I'm going to share one part of the game, which is many hours in to show just how much mystery this game has. If you like a good story, a mystery, and a good cast of characters, play this! It gets way better.
I hope so. I'm only speculating with these posts based on my own observations in Alberta. I hope for more Canadian unity, especially in these more difficult economic times.
At the very least, if a political influencer is watched on YouTube, fact check what is said because they usually lack a diverse panel group, and the views and opinions are solely from that individual on what is a very sensitive topic at this moment in the world.
I just think that for certain subject matters, I think it can be rather harmful if only the sole perspective of say a political influencer is heard without bias or any external scrutiny. This is more or less the definition of an echo chamber, which is very unhealthy.
I should clarify a previous post about perspectives and why I like watching some News panels which include multiple perspectives. I mentioned that a YouTuber wouldn't have more than their own perspective, and for some subjects, such as video games, or personal essays, I enjoy those just as much.
For example, what if the Trump government gave the first nations more land and privileges over that land if they agreed to the separation from Canada and the joining to the United States of America.
I have also considered the first nations in this as well, as many have been trying to point out that Alberta will never be able to separate because the first nations wouldn't allow it. However, I believe if the Trump government gave them an amazing offer, I think it might still be possible.
This could do what Trump would ultimately want, weaken Canada's economy enough for it to struggle so that it would agree to any trade agreements, as now a lot of resources Canada previously depended on would now be American in the new State of Alberta. The first part of his plan perhaps?
I feel like Danielle Smith would be open to Trump integrating Alberta into the United States if Alberta was able to separate. This would work with Trump's agenda, as it would weaken Canadian unity as a whole, as it does rely on Alberta for a lot of natural resources.
Merely speculation, but it has been shown that Danielle Smith does support the Alberta separation movement, but later decided to separate herself from it. She has also visited Trump in Mar-o-Lago, Trump wants to Annex Canada, but what if Trump is able to Annex Alberta first?
The News discussions with a panel usually has a diverse cast of journalists and experts from the field of which they are discussing, adding to a lot of unique perspectives, and not just the perspectives of a single individual.
Most YouTube videos at least I see only contain the perspectives of the content creator, and not a discussion of a topic with multiple perspectives. Even YouTube podcasts can be a bit one-sided, due to bias on who they have with them, or if they are all just good close friends talking.
I think watching the News for awhile over just watching usually a single YouTuber talking is the sense of a conversation and discussion you get to enjoy through a News broadcast with multiple panel members' perspectives. I barely have discussions in real life anymore, so I watched out of envy.
If anyone reading knows why my therapist would try to compare Nike with the EA buyout, please let me know with a link to a human rights violation article about Nike, otherwise, I think my overall trust in this therapist is slowly diminishing...
I don't see anything so-called shady about Nike, at least in this video... Does that mean that my therapist is lying to me? I'm very confused right now about why my therapist commented on Nike after I brought up the EA buyout, it doesn't seem related. youtu.be/jOOpoF4nzl0?...
