After the civil war, there were numerous amendments. That is also going to happen after this...and yes, it may be civil war 2, but it may not be. In either case, amendments are needed, some to refine and amend prior amendments. Make the Constitution living again.
To do that, I think we would have to get rid of the Electoral College, which would require a Constitutional Amendment, or find another way to make it easier to distribute power more broadly.

No argument there. Y'know, when the backlash hits, and reform is being considered (no avoiding it), it would behoove the Americans to adopt a multi party system, and change the simple majority vote system. This binary nature lends itself to corruption in exactly this fashion, amung other things.
Agreed, but unfortunately Republicans have already decided to stop the investigations, allowing the lawlessness and murders to continue unchecked. Republicans have greatly weakened Congress and the power of the people.

He's a vexatious litigant, and it's mind blowing this hasn't been declared before. His "block" needs to be tossed or overriden.
