I think the world needs to stop calling interactions with AI on websites "Chats".
This is not a chat. This is me asking questions to a database and getting wrong and unhelpful answers when I try to do simple things outside of their list of expected problems.

Working on my website. I made a mess on the staging site, cleaned it up, made another mess...
Broke it so bad I gave up and called tech support.
Then fixed it myself when they didn't solve it fast enough.
At the end of this, I will probably give up writing and work the help desk at GoDaddy.
