Unrelated comment/question: I was offering my husband a very short version of the latest podcast episode. (Think: drunk history style.) I said, "it was a duke-on-duke fight" and he said "you mean....they *duked* it out?" And I thought...omg??? Is this where that term comes from??? Any ideas?
