It’s a trip how you can tell when a new generation of trust fund babies comes of age, because that’s when the next big grift comes along. Right now it’s Ai, and before that the Dot-Com hysteria. 25 years before that, multi-level marketing. They can’t just get an honest job.

*Sigh* okay, I have a question about pixelmator. Or my Mac in general. I seem to have selected something that makes it so I can't simply click off of a selection. I have to do a command + deselect when I want to get rid of an active 'marching ants' selection.
How do I get back to simple click-offs?

So I did an experiment on deviantart, and blocked a couple of normal, actual people with no problem at all. (I unblocked them, afterward,) but then I tried to block an ai bro, and got this message. This message only comes up when trying to block an ai bro. The favoritism shown to these people... ugh

I think one of the worst mistakes a writer can make is try and explain every goddamned thing. That's how you arrive at fucking midichlorians.

So the russians are about to cut off the internet, I guess so the barbarian wretches can’t find out how badly they’re being mauled in Ukraine. Somewhat related, I think a lot of Ai slop comes out of russia, so that might stem the flow of bullshit stinking up the internet.

So I watched that recent Frankenstein movie, and I couldn't get over the creative choices. They skim over some potentially interesting and gripping areas of the story, to focus on uninteresting bullshit, like him trying to 'prove himself as a doctor.'

What if young people started liking Ai slop, and stopped looking at actual art because it is 'old.'
That's kind of how I feel about new music. Sure, there's some good artists here and there, but for the most part modern music is basically Ai slop compared to the music from 1990's and before.

Having lived through Reagan, it is remarkable how similar it is to our current ordeal. Reagan fired the striking air traffic controllers, even though it was completely illegal. And he got away with it. Reagan illegally sold weapons to Iran so he could prop up a despotic central american regime.
