On my flight tonight I listened to someone’s fan rendition of Wicked as played by the Muppets. Not only did they make many inspired casting decisions, but they have a dead ringer impression of every single muppet… EXCEPT Kermit. Which is somehow so much worse than if they were bad at all of them.

Listening to music at 2x speed would be a cursed thing to do. Instead you have to find other methods of compression that preserve some artistry. As a Neil Cicierega fan, I can listen to a minimum of two songs at a time, usually more. In this essay I will

I liked Wicked 2 less than Wicked 1, but only about as much as I like Wicked act 2 less than Wicked act 1, so par for the course I guess.

Tonight I learned (thankfully) that my flight tomorrow is at 9pm, not 9am as I originally thought.
Can we all please switch to a 24 hour clock? The fact that my phone is set to military time is the only reason I even realized my mistake.

My third of four November trips will be at pax unplugged. Gonna be trying to play some Avatar. Who will be there?
I am so excited for PAX Unplugged this weekend! Who am I seeing there? I’ll be cosplaying at the Asmodee booth all weekend and I’m packing way too many decks! I’m working on a few new commander decks from the Avatar the Last Airbender set so I might try to finish one of them to bring!
