"You think I'm scared to go to Hell? FUCK THAT! I'm from Jersey!"
That ad was absolutely disgusting!
Average ticket price of $463, Yeah that's getting out of control to just watch one UFC event live

I'm seeing we're being expected to not notice the UFC White House event is the glorification of a president engaged in daily lawless behavior.

Sorry, but I notice that. I'm not entertaining fictions for the very kind of kinship Trump himself rejects.

My take: lthomas.substack.com/p/ufc-white-...
It's OK to Notice UFC White House’s Dual Truths
Depending on the view, it's either a grand spectacle of historic proportions or an event whitewashing the actions of an increasingly authoritarian government. So, which is it?

I don't think a polll of random people on the streets asking them if they recognize the name Howard Stern and Ariel Helwani would be that revealing. Ariel is tripping!
Which likely means anybody he's naming has zero chance against Islam and that something about Ian Machado Garry concerns him for Islam
Thank you for the clarification sir
I think I'm going to have to go back and re-listen to this. Patrick English seemed to disagree that he felt the passing of the new Ali Act would allow TKO to become a monopoly so if that's the case I'm trying to figure out why he objects to it passing?
The UFC must want to be out of the Ortega business. He probably costs them 200K per fight and won't be a title contender anymore.
Except site fees....lots of site fees.
Most correct and accurate response
Excellent point of Tuki overpaying fighters in the short term to price everyone else out. Similar to Uber and Lyft predatory pricing strstegues to undercut the taxi industry at a lose for so long to drive them out and then slowly raise rates.
Maybe physically but certainly not morally
Wonder what's in store for Dana White's Contender Series and The Ultimate Fighter with the announcement of this deal. Also, wonder if championship fighters who received pay-per-view points will see a boost in their contract since pay-per-view is eliminated or will they just get screwed?

Might as well just call it the TKO/Zuffa Boxing Ali Act Exemption Bill
Yep his story is very uncomplicated. He's a racist dick
Zach Arnold published a detailed article on this for MMA Draw where he speculated that SACs might actually back this change because it creating barriers to entry is going to limit club fights thus reducing overall liability from family members looking to sue SACs
