It was decided today that the discipline programme and additional sports for the French Alpes 2030 Winter Olympics will be decided in June 2026.
Originally, the decision for the disciplines was foreseen for this IOC EB and for the additional sports for the IOC Session in February.

Olympian Soraya Aghaei Haji Agha, a badminton player from Iran who competed at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, has been proposed by the IOC EB as a candidate for IOC Membership. The election will take place in February at the IOC Session in Milan.
