Earlier this month we spent the morning at BBC Broadcasting House recording our Radio 4 Appeal with actress Susannah Fielding. It was a brilliant time and we can't wait for you to hear the full radio appeal.
It’s been a busy few weeks in the COTE office, and we are so grateful to everyone who popped in to help. Some of our wonderful volunteers even helped pick the latest ‘Photo of the Week’ from Uganda whilst they were in. A huge thank you to those who have given their time to help us this year.

Having the opportunity to learn in your mother tongue is fundamental to education. Hanifi is not only accelerating learning, but being able to read and write in their own language is giving the children a tremendous sense of pride.

Children in the Kutupalong classrooms we support just love learning Hanifi. Forjina told us it's the thing she looks forward to learning the most. She practices lots to improve her abilities.
