Chicago Sinfonietta released Project W in 2019 as the capstone project of its 30th anniversary. Featuring works by diverse woman composers, the recording highlighted part of the orchestra's mission, to champion women artists, and naturally included one of the orchestra's signature works.

Born in San Diego, Macauley holds a MM in Performance from Univ. of Arizona, is a member of MOLA (Major Orchestra Librarian's Association), and plays the French Horn.

Our MakingMUSIC programs spark a love for classical music in 4–8th graders, filling gaps in music education via strategic partnerships. Musical mentors and hands-on performance experiences empower students to see themselves in music. This March, we visited 6 CPS schools!
