This is one of my favorite meals. It’s a play on avocado toast only low-carb because I use a flax pita. Plus, It comes in with 11 g of fiber and is delicious!

Great find at Walmart. I’ve never tried this brand before, ingredients are pretty clean and the price was right at $13.50. Tastes great!
