2/2 fish usually cheaper in morrisons than tesco, meat usually cheaper in tesco than morrisons, same quality. Again aldi/lidl cheaper and lower quality.
Veggies in tesco cheaper than morrisons also.

Nah lidl and aldi matched or cheaper than morrisons but quality is usually better at morrisons. It really depends on what you are buying. E.g. don't buy own-brand lactose free milk drink in morrisons, £1.30 there compared to 99p in lidl, exact same product likely from same farms too. 1/2...

In my experience, when i'm out of spoons and can no longer mask. I don't sleep right, I don't eat right, I can't exercise, I can't stay hydrated, and health issues creep in exacerbating all of the above. I'm not fun anymore, and I don't want to burden others, so I struggle alone.
