And that's the problem, the whole process needs to be redrawn, there is so much more to owning a football team than profit margins and balance sheets, it's community, solidity, stability and if possible success!

It's always the owners, the fit and proper test is obviously not working. There are, obviously, some really good ones out there, but it seems like "luck of the draw" at the moment and that is not the way football should be run!
