OG animal crossing is the best one. nothing comes close. I wish there were some kind of mod to let there be some easy way to do online stuff and write each other letters. That is the ONLY thing that is better about New Horizons.

i really hate New Horizons.

No for real. I graduated over a year ago and I still just have random stress dreams about me totally forgetting I was enrolled in a class or something and I didn’t show up all semester.

I rarely even have dreams so that’s the closest to a nightmare I’ve had in years lol.

I haven’t seen much worth while outside of the battle system (which I also fear will get old or have some absolute cheese) Arceus was decently fun because of the large open areas to hunt pokemon in but I’m afraid this one will be almost nothing but watching cutscenes in an empty city and battles.

I hope legends ZA is good. I haven’t genuinely enjoyed a Pokemon game made in over 10 years but I keep playing them in hopes they’ll make a good one someday. ZA is also built around nostalgia for probably my least favorite Pokemon game ever so that’s sure to help.

For real. The ergonomics are nice but the fact it takes up like 1/3 of my back pack in its case means I will absolutely never take it anywhere and it’s basically a “play on the couch or in bed” kind of portable.

I need modern science to work on the Vita 2.

I’m looking into locking in and finally clearing Stadium 2 and I accidentally stumbled into truly ancient Gamefaqs while looking for some sort of team building guide.

Q: I was fighting Red in R2's Kanto Gym Leader Castle, and his Raikou used Thunderbolt! Raikou can't learn that! What's going on?

A: Ah, the kicker. Stadium 2 is compatible with the upcoming expansion
game for Gold/Silver, Pokemon Crystal. There's a man in that game who
will teach Thunderbolt, Flamethrower
Ice Beam to eligible Pokemon.
There's also some moves that Pokemon can only learn by breeding in Crystal
(Cross Chop Magmar, anyone?). I'll list Crystal moves in the Pokedex.

With long RPGs you gotta think about the time commitment not like watching a 90 hour movie, you’re just watching a TV show for like 30 minutes every few days.

I think 3 and 4 are better at executing the idea of a social sim + an RPG. But 5 is still my favorite for a lot of other reasons.

150 hours and only at Futaba is wild. I think my full file of P5R was only like 98 hours and I was definitely taking my time.

I think the length of the games is a positive it gives all the characters time to breathe. By the time your finished you’re almost nostalgic for the beginning lol.
